Congratulations, Tony! In his 2008 primary, Tony Belcourt won by one vote. In the general on Nov 4, he could have faced a write in from his primary opponent, but he didn't. Representative-Elect Tony Belcourt won with 100% of the vote.

Bruce Curnutt

Congratulations, Bruce! The new Sheriff-Elect in LeFlore County, Bruce Curnutt won the seat in the runoff election in August with 60.34% of the vote.

Bruce Curnutt, a member of the Choctaw Nation, was born in the Talihina Indian Hospital and raised in Talihina, Oklahoma. He is currently the Assistant Chief of Police in Wister, and is running for LeFlore County Sheriff.
